Easy installation

This security camera is designed and engineered for quick and easy installation. It uses no cables at all - giving you more power, flexibility, and freedom in its installation. All you have to do is find the right spot, mount the unit, connect it to the recorder, and you're done. For optimal performance, it is recommended that you place the camera at least six feet (two meters) above the ground and no more than 20 feet (six meters) away from the area you wish to monitor.

Motion Alerts

Don't be left in the dark when it comes to your safety. The Lorex Cirrus app will keep you informed of any type of activity with motion-activated push notifications. Now you can have some peace of mind knowing you can check up on the kids after school, or make sure that package you were expecting has arrived. With alerts being sent directly to your smartphone or tablet you will have plenty of time to notify the authorities if something suspicious is happening on your property.

This wire-free camera has a built-in antenna that is capable of transmitting data up to 450 feet (137 meters) with a clear line of sight. This gives you more power and flexibility in deciding where to position the camera. Long lasting lithium-ion battery

Your cameras include a long-lasting two-cell lithium-ion battery for power. To make sure you don't forget to charge the battery, we will alert you through the Lorex Cirrus app when the battery is low. Charging or replacing the battery is easy, as well. Simply remove the battery from the camera (the camera can stay where it's mounted), recharge it, and put it back again.^*

2-Way Talk

Another important feature of this wire-free camera is that it can capture sound and give you the ability to talk through the camera. With its infrared night vision capabilities, this camera can see through the darkness of night. It has 6 powerful infrared LED's around its lens and can capture high-quality video at night up to 75 feet away. This camera also features an automatic infrared cut filter that will automatically disengage at night. This ensures accurate color representation during the day and high-quality black and white infrared video through the night.

Image quality and frame rate are dependent on factors including signal strength, signal obstructions between the camera and the recorder, distance/range, and the number of wireless/wire-free cameras installed in the same environment (maximum 6 recommended).
