See details like never before

This security DVR can handle recording 4K resolution video on all channels.* Not only will this provide you with sharper detail, it will also drastically improve digital zooms while reviewing important moments. This is because there are simply more pixels available, so the picture won't blur together as quickly as you apply the digital zoom.

*8MP High Definition MPX cameras are required to take advantage of 8MP recording.

4k vs 1080p

How much better is 4K?

A 1080p security DVR records at a pixel ratio of 1920 × 1080 - that's just over 2 million pixels. This DVR, conversely, records at a pixel ratio of 3840 × 2160, which is well over 8 million pixels. That's over 4× the total amount of pixels of a 1080p DVR! So if an incident does occur on your property, 4K resolution will offer the best chance to capture useful evidence such as distinct facial features.

Second, there is a remote-triggered siren that is designed to stop trespassers right in their tracks.
